Q: Do you service your own Machines?

A: Yes, we are the ONLY authorized service center for all of MI.

Q: What supplies do these machines need?

A: There are only 2 items that you would need to resupply, the Poly bags and receipt paper.

Q: Where would you purchase these supplies and how?

A: You can order supplies over the phone, or from our site. If you have an account set up with us, we will send you a bill for these items.

Q: Do we have to purchase your supplies?
|
A: Yes, if you want quality bags and paper! Our bags are specifically designed for containing crushed items so they wont easily be torn by the sharp edges, and they are leak free, so they contain most of the fluids still retained in the items the machine processes. Our receipt paper has a safety feature that would deter fraudulent counterfeit copies.
